Terms of Service

Last updated October 8, 2026

The short version: the $50 application fee is non-refundable, and applying does not guarantee a seat. Until you sign our Confirmation Agreement, you can cancel for a full refund of tuition, minus payment processing fees. Once you sign, all payments are final, for any reason, including injury or illness. THE TOUR is a real football trip with real risks, and athletes must follow TOUR rules.

1. Agreement to these terms

THE TOUR is run by Quarterback Magazine, LLC, a California company based in San Diego ("we," "us," "THE TOUR"). By using theqbmagtour.com, applying, paying, or taking part in THE TOUR, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't apply or pay.

Parents and guardians. Athletes under 18 cannot sign contracts on their own. The parent or legal guardian who applies, pays or signs for an athlete agrees to these terms for themselves and on behalf of the athlete, and confirms they have the legal right to do so. "You" means both the parent or guardian and the athlete.

4. Refunds and cancellation

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE YOU SIGN THE CONFIRMATION AGREEMENT OR YOUR SPOT IS OTHERWISE CONFIRMED. Once your spot is confirmed, there are no refunds at all, including for illness, injury, cancelling later or not showing up, because buses, hotels and camps are booked for your athlete. This also includes a family emergency, a change of plans, missed flights, school or team conflicts, leaving THE TOUR early, or being sent home for conduct. You may transfer your spot to another athlete we approve (see below).

Why: as soon as families confirm, we use TOUR funds to prepay hotels, the private charter bus, and staff flights and lodging. These costs are committed for your athlete's seat and can't be recovered. You agree that this non-refundable policy is a fair and reasonable reflection of those costs, not a penalty.

We strongly recommend that families buy travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, including for injury and illness.

5. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays, changes or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, travel or transportation problems, road closures, fire, public health emergencies, government orders, strikes, unrest, or a college changing or cancelling its camp. When this happens, we will try to replace the stop or activity with a similar one. If we can't, we will refund or credit only the costs we are actually able to recover from our vendors.

6. Schedule changes

Routes, colleges, dates, camps, hotels and activities can change. We will do our best to replace any stop with a similar one and will tell families as early as we can. A change to a stop, hotel, route or activity is not a reason for a refund.

7. Payment disputes and chargebacks

8. Athlete conduct

THE TOUR is an educational, leadership-based football week, not a vacation. The coaches supervise the athletes the whole TOUR. Athletes must follow staff instructions, curfews, TOUR rules, hotel rules and each college's camp rules. An athlete who seriously breaks the rules, including using alcohol, drugs or vapes, fighting, bullying, stealing, leaving the group without permission, or damaging property, may be sent home at our discretion. The family pays for the trip home and any damage, and there is no refund.

9. Health, assumption of risk and release

10. No recruiting promises

THE TOUR helps athletes compete in front of college coaches and learn about recruiting. We do not promise any offer, scholarship, roster spot, coach contact, playing time or result.

11. Photos and videos

We take photos and videos during THE TOUR and may use them on this site, on social media and in promotions for THE TOUR and Quarterback Magazine, without payment. If you don't want your athlete featured, email us before the trip.

12. TOUR Scholarship

The 2027 TOUR Scholarship is awarded by The Football Promise, a nonprofit organization, using its own rules and review. Quarterback Magazine does not choose the winner, and the scholarship may not be awarded every year.

13. Website content

The text, photos, logos and videos on this site belong to Quarterback Magazine or the people who made them, and may not be copied without permission. Videos made by others are credited to them.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim related to THE TOUR or this site is limited to the amount you paid us for THE TOUR. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost opportunities, missed flights or travel costs you paid to others.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. You agree that any dispute will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, or in small claims court where it qualifies.
